WOW! It’s been an interesting 2020, to say the least. The library was shut down for three months, then opened for curbside service, then finally opened for socially distanced browsing the full building. Our amazing staff has been diligently following the governor’s protocols to keep you, our staff, and community safe and healthy through these unprecedented times.
Since we were not able to hold our Art Auction in May or participate in any other fundraising events this year, we are appealing to the community this fall for support. If you are able to help us this year, we would greatly appreciate it. And if you are not, we understand completely. Check out our “How to Help” page for other ways you might be able to help.
If this year has taught us anything, it is that we need to count our blessings, prepare for the furure, and love our neighbors and our world. We are blessed to have such a vibrant and beautiful library right here in our community. Please come visit us and enjoy your Columbia Public Library!
