Pineapple Orange Dip with Mary


  • 6 oz container low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese or light cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz crushed pineapple, in its own juice, well drained
  • ½ tsp grated orange zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fruits for dipping
  • Supplies: Bowl, electric mixer, spoon, rubber spatula
