Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 6 slices thick -cut bread, such as challah
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Supplies: bowl, peeler, spoon, cutting board, knife, skillet
