May 12 at 4 pm: Brownie Batter Hummus with Holly
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter of choice (peanut, almond, sunbutter)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (or ⅓ cup regular chocolate chips)
- Dippers of your choice: fresh fruit, pretzel rods, graham crackers
- Supplies: food processor/high-power blender, measuring cups & spoons, rubber spatula, bowl, can opener, colander
