May 12 at 4 pm: Brownie Batter Hummus with Holly

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter of choice (peanut, almond, sunbutter)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (or ⅓ cup regular chocolate chips)
  • Dippers of your choice: fresh fruit, pretzel rods, graham crackers
  • Supplies: food processor/high-power blender, measuring cups & spoons, rubber spatula, bowl, can opener, colander
