March 23 at 5pm: Ground Beef & Pasta Skillet Primavera with Shanna
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 14.5 oz. reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked whole wheat pasta
- 2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1/2-inch slices
- 1, 14 oz. can no-salt added diced tomatoes
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Supplies: Large skillet, spoon, cutting board, measuring spoons and cups
