For adults: The Columbia Borough School District’s Rising Tide of Literacy Project is
offering free High School Equivalency Preparation Classes. The classes will be
Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning October 3, 2017, and ending June 5, 2018, Time
is 6 to 8 PM. The classes will be held in our downstairs Community Room. These
classes are for parents of children in the Columbia School District and for students who
