Ingredients:

  • 5 slices GIANT Low Sodium bacon, chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 (8 oz) container diced celery and onions
  • 4 cups Nature’s Promise Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk, divided
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • Supplies: Dutch oven (or large pot), mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, cutting board, knife
