April 7 at 4pm: Strawberry Crepes with Greek Yogurt Creme with Holly

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cups whole-wheat pastry flour
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • Cooking spray
  • Supplies: 3 mixing bowls, small non-stick skillet, hand-mixer, whisk, measuring spoons/cups, spatula, cutting board
