April 7 at 4pm: Strawberry Crepes with Greek Yogurt Creme with Holly
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- ½ cups whole-wheat pastry flour
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 cups strawberries
- Cooking spray
- Supplies: 3 mixing bowls, small non-stick skillet, hand-mixer, whisk, measuring spoons/cups, spatula, cutting board
